Forever Young

I was inspired to write this when I was down visiting my parents on Long Beach Island. I pretty much grew up there at the beach. As a kid, the summers seemed to last so long and offered up such possibilities that when I hear thunder like I used to as a kid, it brings me back to that space of feeling that anything is possible. I like being in that space! 

Cranky Wednesday

Tiger Lustre

I took this picture at the Animal Kingdom at Disney. It was a beautiful warm, sunny, breezy day. The Tiger was sunning itself and looked SOOO beautiful, I was so pleased to get this picture. What a beautiful creature the Tiger is. But you know what? We are all beautiful creatures just like this Tiger. All of us with unique stripes and colors, remember that as we head into a chilly Tuesday morning! Much LOVE!!!!!

Charming Gardeners

I'm having fun finding quotes on happiness and then illustrating them. This quote appeals to me because it makes me think about who makes me happy. Who are your charming gardeners?

I find that when life gets busy or "juicy" as I like to call it, I don't necessarily make hanging with my "charming gardeners" a priority. Why have fun when there's work to do? This year I'm changing that!

My advice? Surround yourself this year with your "charming gardeners" not only will they make you happy, they will make your soul blossom.
