I was inspired to write this when I was down visiting my parents on Long Beach Island. I pretty much grew up there at the beach. As a kid, the summers seemed to last so long and offered up such possibilities that when I hear thunder like I used to as a kid, it brings me back to that space of feeling that anything is possible. I like being in that space!
